Faculty and Staff

The faculty and staff at Learn & Grow Academy are dedicated to ensuring quality care and education to all of students. The Academy is led by two head teachers Nina Viganola and Patricia De Lemos. Nina is a state certified teacher with eight years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education, as well as, state certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education and English As A Second Language.

Patricia is a state certified teacher as well, with twelve years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Education, as well as, state certifications in Elementary Education, Bilingual Education, English As A Second Language and Supervision.

With 20 years of combined teaching experience, Nina and Patty will ensure that the students of Learn & Grow Academy be well prepared for grade school. Together with a dedicated staff of experienced teacher's aides, students at the Academy will be cared for and educated in a safe and nurturing environment, very unique to Learn & Grow.

All faculty and staff are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have undergone Police and Child Abuse Background checks.
